COACH:
Our purpose built Setra S.416 GTHD has now been in service for a year and we have had a lot of praise from our clients about the extra comfort and legroom. It is non-smoking throughout, with an onboard washroom, full air conditioning and climate control heating. There are adjustable seat backs and tables to each seat with a selection of magazines available, as well as safety features including a secondary braking system, a retarder and anti-skid systems, not forgetting lap seat belts at every seat.
Did you know we can also provide individual airport & cruise ship transfers in one of our luxury VW Caravelle people carriers, which have 'limousine style' seating and lot of room for your luggage. Please contact us for a quotation.
HOTELS:
All hotels are personally inspected by ourselves and in all cases, evening meal and full cooked breakfast are included, with all hotel rooms being en-suite.
LUGGAGE:
In order to comply with hotel regulations where porters are utilised, it is important that luggage is limited to one medium sized suitcase per person, weighing no more than 20kg, together with hand luggage which can be stowed safely under your seat on the coach.
WHEELCHAIRS AND ELECTRIC SCOOTERS:
We are happy to transport your wheelchair, but due to space limitations, it is important to arrange this when making your booking.
We can transport one electric scooter on each departure, which does not weigh more than 25 kgs and which we are not responsible for folding or loading.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We are happy to recommend ‘Gold Cover’ insurance as our preferred supplier of travel insurance. The Gold Cover brand has been providing quality travel cover for over 30 years. They have a wide range of single trip and annual multi-trip policies and we will issue a proposal form with you holiday confirmation. There is no upper age limit or requirement to declare pre-medical conditions on all UK departures for 2013. You deal direct with the insurance company, not Kevin Jackson Travel.
